Støttekoncert for Johanitterhjælpen | Holmens Kirke

Beautiful music for a good cause

Experience an evening with beautiful music and deep meaning at the BENEFIT CONCERT FOR THE HOMELESS organized by Johanniterhjælpen. This inspiring event will take place on November 17th at 7:00 PM in the beautiful surroundings of Holmens Kirke. Doors open at 6:30 PM.

Johanniterhjælpen invites you to participate in a charity concert, where all the proceeds from the ticket sales will go to Morgencafé for Hjemløse in Ydre Nørrebro and their important health efforts for the many users.

Conductor David Allen and organist Ian Rutt will present a moving Evensong together with the choir from St. Albans, the British Church in Copenhagen. This is a traditional British evening prayer song with deep roots back to the time of the Reformation in 1549.

The concert is a beautiful combination of music and reflection, which opens up inner peace and love for music. Enjoy the unique atmosphere with classical hymns, readings and the beloved hymns Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis. Along the way, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine during the break and meet both new and familiar faces.
